Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through Liberty-Wave.be.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 – Offer

All products on Liberty-Wave.be are described as accurately as possible. Errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

The images shown with the products are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Article 4 – Order and Agreement

An agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and receive a confirmation by email.

Liberty-Wave.be reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments can be made via the available payment methods, such as Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.

Orders will be processed after payment has been received.

Article 6 – Delivery

We strive to deliver your order within the indicated delivery time. Deliveries are made to the address you provided.

If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated on the product page. In that case, you will be informed in a timely manner about a new delivery date.

Shipping costs are stated separately during the checkout process.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing within this period via email or postal address.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

After receiving the returned product, the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 8 – Warranty

Liberty-Wave.be guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated on the website, and reasonable requirements of quality and usability.

In case of defects, you can contact us via email with a clear description and photos of the issue.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or external factors.

Article 9 – Liability

Liberty-Wave.be is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 11 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints about our products or services can be submitted via email.

We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.

Article 12 – Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
